Prototyping

We have dedicated prototyping teams to load your PCB correctly and efficiently the first time in the quickest possible turnaround. Quick turnaround facilities for 1, 3 & 5 working days are available, conditions apply.

PCB Assembly

We cater for low to high volumes and high mix PCB assemblies. Our manufacturing environment is fully ESD safe and climate controlled.

Automated In-line SMT (2 lines) - Solder Printer / Pick & Place / Reflow Oven
We can load the entire range of SMT components from 0201 chip to Ball Grid Array (BGA) and very fine pitch QFP.

Through Hole (TH) (2 lines) - Hand Placement / Wave Solder / Manual Soldering

Automated Selective Soldering
Allows post reflow soldering of the few TH components that are still required on boards when they are double sided reflow process and provides consistent solder joint quality that is superior to any manual soldering process.

Lead-Free or Leaded

The majority of our productions are using our dedicated high capacity Lead-Free SMT and Lead-Free Wave Solder lines for RoHS Compliant manufacturing.

Our existing Leaded SMT and Leaded Wave Solder lines are still available to those who still have Leaded requirements.

Chassis & Cable Assembly

We have decicated lines for doing part chassis assembly to final product assembly, product rework, cable assembly, electrical wiring assembly and packaging.

AOI

Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) is used for QA Inspection of post reflow process of PCB. It provides maximum QA Inspection throughput with measured feedback to the SMT process. It can inspect component placement/orientation and solder joint quality.

Testing

With test jigs we can test all your finished products so you can receive the highest possible yields in your electronic production.

Full Turnkey Manufacturing

We can manage your complete electronic manufacture from components procurement, PCB assembly, final assembly, product testing, packaging, goods warehousing to shipping the finished products to your warehouse or end user.

Offshore Manufacturing

We have relationships with the best manufacturers in China. To give your products a competitive edge that is on budget, we can provide offshore manufacturing facilities for parts procurement, PCB assembly, chassis assembly and/or metalwork fabrication.
